  1. Sign in with Google
  2. Open Settings (⚙) and configure:
    • OpenRouter API Key — Get from openrouter.ai/keys
    • Connect Atlassian — Jira tasks, Confluence notes, project tracking
    • Connect Slack — Search, DMs, channels, thread reading, alerts
    • Connect Bitbucket / GitLab (optional) — PRs, pipelines, code search
    • Tavily API Key (optional) — Web search from tavily.com
    • Calendar Embed URL — From Google Calendar settings
  3. Type /setup to auto-configure Slack todos + Confluence meeting notes
  4. Click Save to Drive
